4H Royalty - Booking Information

Shows Blog Bio Trax Merch Photos Press Contact Booking info: Thank you for your interest in booking 4H Royalty at your venue. This page should give you all the pertinent information. If you have further questions, please contact us at 4hroyalty@4hroyalty.com The general deal: While our primary focus is on original material, our extensive list of cover tunes spans most sub-genres of classic country and rock & roll. Our current song list can be found here . Whatever we choose to play, and how we play it on any given evening depends greatly on the venue and the not-always-predictable ebbs and flows of the audience. Some venues are better suited for a more toned-down "acoustic" approach rather than a full-blast rock show. Furthermore, some crowds want more of a "country" show rather than a "rock" show. We like it all and can go either way. Venues outside the Denver metro area: it usually doesn't make sense for us to do anything less than 2-3 set, all-nighter, 9:00pm - close-type shows. Exceptions may be made, depending. All venues: We're generally not interested in playing on multiple-band bills (3 or more bands, including us) without a guarantee. Again, exceptions may be made. In any case, our pay guarantee will depend on several things (distance from Denver, whether we need to provide a PA system, etc.) that'll have to be negotiated case-by-case. PA system requirements: Our needs are relatively minimal, the main thing is that we know what your PA system capabilities are and whether we need to provide anything. Should we confirm a date at your venue, please have a look at our PA requirements page and let us know if we need to provide additional gear. Promotional materials & miscellaneous promotion: Once we've confirmed a date at your venue, we will send you two (or more, by request) full-color 11 x 17 promotional posters. We will also send you links to a variety of 8.5 x 11 black & white promo posters that you can download, print out, and use. We will alert your local press/newspapers/entertainment websites and get the show(s) on their concert/event calendars. If you have any specific personal contacts at any of your local newspapers/websites, please pass those on to us so we can make sure all of our promo materials get to them. Sending info to a specific editor or writer is almost always the most effective way of getting press for a show.
