About the Band

4H Royalty plays twang rock, alt-country, and what they call post-western honky rock. Fronted by lead singer and lyricist Zach Boddicker, the lineup draws from a rotating cast of Denver players: Robert Buehler, Will Carman, Jamie Mitchell, Andrew Porter, and Eric Straumanis.

Their three albums — COLOSSALALIA (2010), Where UFOs Go to Die (2012), and Liars & Outliers (2013) — are available on Bandcamp. The band also collaborated with artist Richard Saxton on The Majestics, a CD and booklet soundtrack for an art installation.

Booking

4H Royalty performs original material alongside an extensive list of cover tunes spanning classic country and rock & roll. The band adapts between a full-blast rock show and a toned-down acoustic approach depending on the venue and crowd.

Outside the Denver metro area, they prefer 2–3 set, all-nighter shows from 9:00pm to close. They are generally not interested in multi-band bills of three or more acts.

Past venues include 3 Kings Tavern, Rockaway Tavern, Bender's Tavern, Scruffy Murphy's, Colorado Feed & Grain, and Road 34.
